View from above of the staircase that turns 360° on its fulcrum.
This special staircase’s going and rise are both in steel sheet, known as “nastro” (ribbon) and has a square plan.
The first two rises are in sheet steel, but also constitute a platform element, separated from the staircase, that echoes the color of the wood wainscoting on the side walls.
Ex novo construction of the mezzanine structure next to the stair landing. The mezzanine has a steel structure with a mixed material flooring in glass (in view) and wood (under the cabinets).
The glass mezzanine allows you to see the entrance while comfortably seated at your desk on the top floor.
