Information on processing of personal data (Art. 13 of Leg. Decree 196/2003 [Italian Law])

This section describes the site management procedures and how we process the personal data you provide when visiting our site.
This informative note on processing of the personal data provided by users of our Internet services is pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 [Italian Law] (hereinafter referred to as Privacy Code).
It is also inspired by recommendation 2/2001 imposed on 17 May 2001 by the European authorities for the protection of personal data to identify some minimum requirements for collection of personal data online. It is not valid for other websites you can consult by clicking on links found on our site and for which Albini & Fontanot S.p.A. is not responsible in any way.

Data processing owner

The owner of personal data processing of persons identified or identifiable following a visit to our site is Albini & Fontanot S.p.A. with registered office in Via Pier Paolo Pasolini 6, 47853 Cerasolo Ausa (RN).

Place and purposes of data processing

Processing of data connected with the services offered on this site is handled by technical staff in our data processing department at the above mentioned registered office of Albini & Fontanot. The data is stored in archives at the company. No personal data provided for our web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties.
The personal data provided by users that request a service is used for the sole purpose of providing the requested service. The data is not communicated to third parties except when such communication is imposed by legal obligations or strictly necessary in order to satisfy the requests.

Navigation data

The information systems and the software procedures used by this website acquire certain personal data in the normal course of the service; transmission of this data is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This data is not collected to be associated with identified users, but by their nature might allow identifying users through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users that connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the environment used by the user. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on use of the site and to check proper functioning and the data is deleted immediately after processing. The data might be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes damaging to the site.

Data voluntarily provided by the users

Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site results in acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data given in the mail. Brief information will progressively be shown on the pages of the site set up for particular services.


No user data is acquired by the site through cookies. No cookies are used for transmission of personal data nor so-called persistent cookies of any kind, i.e. user tracking systems.

Optional data provision

Apart from the navigation data described above, the user is free to choose whether or not to provide personal data when requesting the services the company offers. Failure to provide this data will however make it impossible for us to satisfy the service requested.

Data processing method

Personal data is automatically processed for the time strictly necessary to serve the purpose for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

Rights of the persons concerned

The persons to which the personal data refers have the right to at any time obtain confirmation as to whether the data exists, its contents and the source, check that the data is exact and request it to be integrated, updated or corrected (Art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003 [Italian Law]). In accordance with the same article, you have the right to ask for deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, oppose its processing for legitimate reasons. This constitutes the Privacy Policy of this site and it is subject to updating.
